Notes:
- All rates ($) are in Canadian funds (taxes are extra).
- A processing fee of $150 will be applied to all cancelled registrations.
- After September 11, 2022, no refund will be issued for registration fees and social tickets.
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by September 9, 2022.
- CIM is not responsible for airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
- Changes and cancellations must be requested in writing by email before September 9, 2022 to: nbakka@cim.org
